Recover Account Access
Instructions:
If you have forgotten your account credentials, you can use this form to submit a request for account recovery.
If an account is found with the email address you enter, an email will be sent containing a recovery link that you can use to help regain your account access.
Please note that you must use the non-aliased email address that you used for your TrainMon5 account. This is to ensure proper email delivery.
Important Notice:
If you have an email service that checks links for safety (such as Microsoft Outlook's "Safelinks" feature), these services will sometimes invalidate access links because they check them for safety first before they are provided to you in an email.
If your email service provider has this feature, you may need to add 'contact.trainmon5@gmail.com' to your exclusion list, otherwise you may not be able to complete the password reset process because the reset link will have already been considered 'used'.
