- Suspension of TrainMon5 Accounts

Account suspensions generally occur under one of the following three conditions:
- Automatic suspension due to extended inactivity (one year without logging in)
- Manual suspension by a TrainMon5 administrator due to a violation of the Terms of Service
- Or by request of the account holder
- Termination of TrainMon5 Accounts

Account terminations generally occur under one of the following two conditions:
- Termiations due to repeated violation of the Terms of Service
- Or by request of the account holder
Please note that in either condition, the termination of TrainMon5 account is final and cannot be appealed or reversed. Additionally the username and the email address that were registered to the account at the time it was terminated cannot be used again to register with TrainMon5.
- Finally, when an account is terminated, the information on file is not deleted. While the account cannot be accessed anymore, user records are retained for historical and legal purposes. If you do not agree with this policy, then do not register to become a TrainMon5 member.
- Security of Your Information
- The data transmitted directly between your device and the TrainMon5 website is encrypted with an SSL Certificate. Your personal information is protected by an authentication system where you must supply a username and password to obtain access. This password is encrypted and cannot be recovered if it is forgotten.
- The Terms of Service prohibit sharing your username and password with any other person to extend access to the services/features provided by TrainMon5 if they are not a registered member of this website, unless your are a parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of a person under the age of 13.
- While great care is taken to ensure that data transmitted is safe by employing reasonable security measures, no computing system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, in the event of a breach of security, TrainMon5 will do its best to notify any and all users that are affected and provide any relevant details of the breach to affected users. Please note that no financial information or other personally identifiable information of any kind (except what is required upon registration) is stored by TrainMon5 on its database server(s).

- This website may employ the use of analytics tracking using Google Analytics which is a service provided by Google Incorporated and/or its parent companies. This tracking tool is only used to perform service analysis to determine areas where efficiency can be improved. As a result, Google Analytics may perform extra steps that TrainMon5 does not control when it comes to analytics data tracking.
